March, April and Easter in the Alps

Fresh snowfall over the last couple of weeks means we have perfect conditions, with stunning pistes and warm sunny days across the Alps.  We have more on its way for Easter too.

Resorts throughout Italy, Switzerland and France are looking very appealing with several weeks left until the end of the season. A number of chalets and hotels are offering last minute deals for the quiet weeks either side of Easter, so if you’re able to move quickly, do let us know and we’ll help find you what you want, even if it’s short notice.

March and April are the perfect months for picnics up the mountain, don’t forget to ask us about organising this for you. We cover Verbier, Zermatt, Crans Montana, Chamonix, Cervinia and Courmayeur for our extreme catering experiences.

​Le Hameau Albert 1er – Chamonix​

The history of this 5-star hotel, founded in 1903 and the affirmation of its mountain, alpine identity have been the foundations for its serene and stylish hotel rooms, where you can peacefully contemplate the Mont Blanc panorama.

​The Omnia Hotel – Zermatt​

Voted the “best small 5-star hotel” in Switzerland, this cool hotel in the heart of Zermatt has epic views, an incredible spa and one of the coolest lifts we have ever seen. No room is identical to the others. They vary in layout and sizes, ranging from Queen Size rooms (24m2) to Double Deluxe rooms (45m2), the Suites (70m2), the Tower Suites (90m2) and, finally, the OMNIA Roof Suite (110m2).

Experimental Chalet – Verbier

Located in the heart of Verbier, the Experimental Chalet is just a few minutes from the slopes. It is undoubtedly the ideal place to stay, that combines modernity and the charm of a chalet in the mountains.

With signature craft cocktails and an expert selection of wines and spirits, the bar Experimental Cocktail Club is an ideal hideaway for “après-ski” get-togethers, pre-dinner apéritifs or the launchpad for a late night.

​Nabucco Apartment is a fabulous 4 bedroom apartment located in a quiet but central location in Zermatt, with easy access to the fun and facilities of the village centre. From 1st to 8th of April the price is 12.000 CHF on a self catered basis, do ask us for pricing for other dates should you wish to come outside of Easter week.

Chalet Grace is a 500sqm chalet located in the Petite Village area of Zermatt with a wonderful spa and a terrace, equipped with a hot tub to relax in while admiring the view. It has 5 bedrooms, and for the week starting on 16th April it’s available for 38.000 CHF fully catered. Please let us know if you’re interested in alternative dates.

Chalets in Verbier:

​Chalet Altiplano located just by the Savoleyres lift station, is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, with generous living space making it feel more like a chalet. It is available for the week 9th to 16th April for £11.400 fully-catered.

​

​Chalet Sirocco: this stunning property spans over four floors and sleeps eight people in four luxurious bedrooms. The living and entertaining areas are sumptuous and spacious with plenty of outdoor space to relax in the warmer spring months. It’s available from 9th to 16th April CHF 55.580 fully catered.

​Chalet Alpine Roc is a true gem. Lounge with your favourite tipple in front of a roaring fire or watch the sun set over the mountains from the outdoor hot tub. It’s available, self catered over the Easter week for CHF 10.410.

​Sherwood is a gorgeous 250m2 penthouse apartment with five bedrooms and designer interiors. Tucked away close to the Les Moulins nursery slope, Sherwood is ideal for families or those wanting a quiet location, whilst still only a few minutes from the centre of Verbier. It is available self catered for CHF 14.000 over Easter week.

​Chalet Rock is hidden away in a quiet corner of Verbier, a three minute chauffeured drive away from the ski lifts; the chalet is not only beautifully warm and cosy, but environmentally-friendly too, standing at 350sqm. It’s available for the easter week fully catered for 20.000 CHF.
